  • Drain the pasta, but reserve the water. Be sure to toast them to enhance their flavor. Drain the mozzarella (240g | 1 Cup) and tear it into large pieces.

    When the pasta is cooked, drain the water – but save it in a cup for later.

  • What kind of pesto can I use with pasta?

    You can use your favorite pesto flavor or experiment with new sauces and discover something new. Transfer to a sheet-pan and bake in heated oven 25 to 35 minutes or just until the tomatoes collapse and develop some char (if you don't want them too soft, take the tomatoes out earlier).

    I do recommend using freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of the bottled stuff though.

  • Salt – Any salt will do, no need to be fancy here. Please always check labels for allergens where applicable.
